Privacy Policy for HD-AI Edge
Effective Date: June 12, 2026
HD-AI Edge is designed as a private, user-controlled AI interface for connecting to a user’s own HD-AI Edge server or compatible local AI services. This Privacy Policy explains how High Division Networks handles information related to the HD-AI Edge application.
Information We Collect
HD-AI Edge does not sell, rent, or monetize personal information. The app is intended to operate using user-provided server settings and local or private AI services.
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
- Server address or connection settings you provide
- Login or authentication session information, when applicable
- App preferences and configuration settings
- Local usage state needed for the app to function
AI Prompts and Responses
Prompts, responses, uploaded content, generated text, generated audio, or generated images are processed through the AI server or services that you configure. HD-AI Edge does not operate a centralized AI processing service for your content unless you intentionally connect the app to a High Division Networks-hosted service.
Network Connections
HD-AI Edge may communicate with the server address you configure in the app. Data sent to that server is controlled by the server owner or administrator. Users are responsible for understanding and securing the AI services, servers, and networks they connect to.
Diagnostics and Logs
The app may generate local diagnostic information or error messages to help troubleshoot issues. Unless you manually share logs or support information with High Division Networks, we do not collect those logs from your device.
Website Information
When you visit High Division Networks websites, standard web server logs may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages visited. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and site operation.
Third-Party Services
HD-AI Edge may interact with third-party or self-hosted services depending on how you configure the app. Those services may have their own privacy practices. High Division Networks is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services or self-hosted systems operated by others.
Data Sharing
High Division Networks does not sell user data. We do not share personal information except when necessary to provide support, comply with legal obligations, protect the security of our services, or when you explicitly provide information to us.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect systems we operate. However, HD-AI Edge is designed to connect to user-controlled infrastructure, so the security of your AI environment depends on your own device, server, network, authentication, and configuration practices.
Children’s Privacy
HD-AI Edge is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You may remove app-stored information by clearing the app’s data, signing out, deleting saved server settings, or uninstalling the app. You may also contact us with privacy-related questions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
