Ticketz – Helpdesk Ticketing

by Nightlust on Mar.17, 2011, under Development

Here is another one of my work in progress applications. Since we have issues with our help desk following up with requests I have been developing this application to help remind IT reps of current issues and tasks.

There is also a web end of this application for the user, which is a simple form that asks for Name, Number and issue. At this point all Ticketz running will alarm that a new ticket is available until it is taken. It runs like every ticketing software out there with the exception it will constantly remind you if issues are open, to the point you want to actually close them.

IT Inventory Control

by Nightlust on Mar.17, 2011, under Development

Working in the IT industry for as long as I have, I never seem to find the perfect inventory system. So as a frustrated IT admin I took it upon myself to write exactly what I felt I need.

This inventory system supports multiple users, multiple sites, inventory check lists, super fast searching, any term/keyword search, notes, item tracking etc.

It is pretty close to being complete and I will soon be offering a trial version of the software. I will be sure to update this post the minute the trial is available.

Welcome to High Division!

by Nightlust on Mar.16, 2011, under Discussion

We have recently had some database troubles and as a result have lost all the posts. In the next few days I will be adding the content back to the site. Luckily the site is still fairly new and we didn’t loose that much. Please continue to check back with us in the next few days when the site is back in order.
